Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions for the treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family settings.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored initial discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on each client's specific treatment goals.

• Prepare initial treatment plans and coordinate with other providers for supplemental services, adjusting plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to all facility and professional standards.

• Manage a diverse caseload, regularly participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate with other professionals for comprehensive client care.

• Approach each client interaction with empathy and professionalism, addressing and resolving any concerns promptly.

• Recognize and prioritize patient safety in all interactions and interventions.

• Engage in additional responsibilities as assigned to enhance the delivery of mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
