Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, history, and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific challenges and objectives of each client, using evidence-based practices.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to design integrated care plans that address all facets of a client's mental health.

• Engage clients’ families in therapy sessions as appropriate and provide educational resources and support to enhance their involvement in the treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting providing individual and group therapy, especially within telehealth frameworks.

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or other relevant evidence-based practices.

• Experience in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and client progress evaluations, particularly in outpatient care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.
