Job Description EVERSANA's AI Agency is redefining how life sciences brands plan, create, and activate omnichannel marketing. We operate at the intersection of AI-driven content intelligence and precision omnichannel execution - combining the EVERSANA AI Agency Platform (built on Google Cloud, Gemini, and Vertex AI) with the Orchestrate™ Omnichannel Operating System to deliver measurable commercial impact for pharma and biotech brands. The Account Director provides strategic leadership in developing and leading strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans to clients. This is not a traditional account management role - it is a client excellence role that owns the quality, consistency, and impact of every client interaction and deliverable. You will serve as the primary client relationship owner for day-to-day engagement, ensuring exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and seamless delivery of platform value. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required Approx. 8+ years of related experience: client service, agency, and pharmaceutical experience required Expertise in digital, media and technology marketing and advertising Proven results with managing creative concept to delivery Proven leadership and mentoring skills (guiding a large team and multiple clients); Responsible for account staff team development Demonstrated track record of business development results from strong client relations Proven ability to manage teams of people in cross functional roles across the organization Strategic skill and strong business acumen Proven negotiation skills Creative thinker with analytical skills Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions internally with EVERSANA INTOUCH and externally with clients and agency partners Strong and applied understanding of digital development and processes Demonstrated problem solving skills Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Some travel may be required Additional Information
