Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine each client's mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by integrating client goals and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing teletherapy platforms to facilitate virtual interactions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to address issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating quick decision-making and resourcefulness during critical situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is as diverse as the therapists on our team. You will work primarily with adult clients who present a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, stress-related issues, and interpersonal difficulties. The focus is on fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

• Evident compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a diverse caseload effectively.

• A clean professional history with no history of disciplinary actions on your licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with extensive experience in telehealth delivery, crisis intervention, or a specialized area of therapy will be favored.
