Account Manager, Instruments - Northern Indiana, West Michigan Territory

Account Manager responsible for driving sales of surgical instruments within a defined Northern Indiana and West Michigan territory. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, achieving revenue targets, and spending approximately 90% of time in operating room environments providing consultative support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for instruments product line within assigned territory
• Develop and execute formal business plans with monthly and quarterly territory reports
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with accounts not previously served
• Provide consultative support in operating room settings aligned with product indications
• Maintain technical and product knowledge while adhering to compliance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
• Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience
• Two years of surgical device or medical device sales preferred
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent negotiation and sales execution abilities
