Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with clients, providing direct clinical services including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling to those experiencing symptoms of major mental illness.

• Participate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, working toward shared goals that advance client care and enhance service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies while focusing on maintaining the safety and well-being of clients.

• Develop individualized care plans that integrate services from multiple providers, ensuring holistic support for clients and their families.

• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization efforts, providing immediate support during emergencies as necessary.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, documenting outcomes and adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure efficacy.

• Facilitate timely communication amongst clients, their families, and external service providers, fostering a supportive network for comprehensive care.

• Deliver educational resources and skill-building workshops to empower clients in their recovery journey and promote mental well-being.

• Contribute to organizational improvement initiatives by participating in committees that focus on enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with significant mental health issues, including severe emotional disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. You will work with a diverse client demographic, providing culturally competent and sensitive care to meet the varied needs of our population. Supporting individuals from underrepresented communities, you will advocate for their needs, ensuring that their voices are heard in the planning and delivery of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies relevant to assigned populations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client interaction and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n
