Construction Administrator

Your Role Gensler is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our Denver team. As an on‑site liaison between design teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, you will play a vital role in bringing our designs to life and ensuring clear communication, quick issue resolution, and maintenance of project intent throughout construction. What You Will Do Serve as a project delivery expert with recognized authority in Contract Administration / Change Management, Document Control, BIM standards and requirements, and PMO logistics and support (FFE/IT/supplies). Coordinate and communicate with all design consultants, clients, stakeholders, contractors, consulates, and staff. Implement Gensler’s project procedures & startup. Lead project meeting coordination during the CD phase, including RFIs, submittals, QA/QC, document stamping, and coordination. Provide onsite project management support, traveling across the country to various sites. Create field reports and attend OAC meetings. Attend architectural punch walks, generate punch lists, and oversee the Bluebeam review process & procedures. Upload and download items in Procore. Maintain Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, Project Schedule, Newforma, etc.). Advocate for sustainable design / LEED principles. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Construction Administration. Experience supporting large, complex, and mission‑critical projects. Ability to travel 50–75% for regular onsite project administration. Strong teamwork and design‑team communication skills. Excellent client, stakeholder, contractor, consultant, and staff relations. Familiarity with working with a variety of jurisdictions. Proficient writing and verbal communication skills. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam review process & procedures, and Microsoft Office suite. U.S. Citizen required. Experience and/or interest in sustainable design / LEED. Compensation Compensation is based upon experience and estimated range is $85,000–$105,000 annually + bonuses + benefits.
