As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.97 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, helping to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
