Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and address the specific mental health needs of hospice patients.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to deliver effective psychotherapy services tailored to individual preferences and conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting, preferably focused on end-of-life care or working with individuals facing chronic health conditions.
