Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and healthcare location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and help to control entry and exit in accordance with site protocols for office, lab, and/or medical‑related environments. Support site operations by providing clear directions, assisting with routine questions, and communicating security‑related information during unusual situations, maintenance issues, and/or emergency conditions. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
