Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team focused on people first. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions related to facilities, equipment, and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site policies, helping to support orderly operations and report suspicious behavior or policy violations. Support security-related operations in areas such as data halls, office space, parking areas, and common areas while following post instructions, escalation procedures, and client-facing service standards. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
