Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, including couples and families, to understand their unique dynamics and therapeutic needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that aim to address clients’ specific concerns such as communication breakdowns, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

• Deliver counseling sessions via telehealth, ensuring an engaging and effective therapeutic alliance even in a virtual setting.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored to the objectives of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment goals in compliance with state regulations and our internal policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and family advocates, to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

In this role, you will primarily work with couples and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with issues ranging from relationship distress and trauma to communication difficulties and parenting challenges.
