Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that address the specific needs of clients.

• Manage crisis situations effectively by employing de-escalation techniques and offering appropriate support and guidance.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient data, tracking progress and informing treatment decisions to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Ensure a professional presentation in all interactions, maintaining a therapeutic virtual environment that prioritizes client confidentiality and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults, each facing their own unique mental health challenges. This role will involve working with a culturally diverse population, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-A).

• Aminimum of one year of experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective documentation and client interaction.

• Familiarity with pediatric mental health care and developmental considerations across the lifespan.

• Knowledge of current research and practices in mental health, including professional psychedelic integration counseling where applicable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
