Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to facilitate their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Collaborate closely with other psychiatric providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans and share insights about individual client treatment strategies.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom assessments and progress indicators to evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in regular consultation with team leadership during live drop-in sessions for professional development and to address complex client situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients, including those facing chronic illness, psychological distress, and end-of-life issues associated with hospice care. You will provide empathetic support to individuals experiencing heightened emotional challenges, working collaboratively to foster resilience during difficult transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT credential is required).

• A minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist, with proficiency in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and other effective therapeutic interventions.

• Strong comfort level in treating a diverse client population, alongside a commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
