Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through telehealth sessions, utilizing interviews, diagnostic assessments, and behavior observations to assess client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based practices, regularly updating them as needed to reflect patient progress and changes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Act as an advocate for clients, coordinating services needed to address their holistic mental health needs, including crisis intervention when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy regulations and facilitating smooth communication with other healthcare providers involved in the client's care.

• Encourage clients to express their feelings, address their life situations, and explore the underlying issues affecting their mental health, while guiding them towards building resilience and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional or behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
