Enterprise Sales Director

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director
Location: Herndon, VA(Hybrid) (30-50% customer travel)
Fulltime position REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, including 5+ years selling into BFSI or insurance organizations.
• Demonstrated success closing complex six- or seven-figure software, platform, data, automation, cloud, or transformation opportunities.
• Working knowledge of banking, lending, payments, insurance, mortgage, wealth, fraud, financial crime, or regulated operations.
• Ability to develop an economic case using operational baselines and measurable outcomes, not feature comparisons alone.
• Experience coordinating solution engineering, product, delivery, legal, security, and executive sponsors through a long enterprise cycle.
• Comfort discussing AI and LLM risk, human-in-the-loop controls, data residency, auditability, model choice, and customer-owned deployment at an executive level.
• Strong written communication, executive presentation, negotiation, forecasting, and account-planning discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience selling agentic AI, decisioning, fraud, risk, claims, RPA, analytics, core modernization, or workflow platforms.
• Relationships with regional or national financial institutions, insurers, fintechs, advisory firms, or systems integrators.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, FFIEC expectations, PCI DSS, model risk management, and third-party risk review.
• Experience taking a new category or early-stage enterprise product from lighthouse customer to repeatable market motion.
