Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct individual therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions for various clients, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and adhering to agency and licensing standards.

• Participate in program development activities, contributing to staff training sessions to enhance the therapeutic process.

• Engage in regular communications with treatment teams to optimize patient outcomes, attending meetings and contributing to case reviews and patient treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n
