This position offers flexibility through a remote work setting, while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office team for collaboration. Therapists typically engage in a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with some evening hours required on a rotating basis. Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance use issues, specifically identifying co-occurring disorders to tailor effective treatment interventions.

  Work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that employ a range of evidence-based strategies addressing both mental health and substance use aspects. These may include integrated dual diagnosis treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.

  Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on skill development for coping with stress, managing triggers, and enhancing emotional regulation. You will play a pivotal role in empowering clients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

  A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Current and valid licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) in the state of California is mandatory.

  A deep understanding of evidence-based approaches for treating co-occurring disorders is essential, including proficiency in techniques such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Compensation and Benefits\n
