Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to manage your caseload and responsibilities from the comfort of your home or any location that suits you. However, as an integral member of our therapy team, you will also utilize our outpatient office for in-person appointments when necessary. Regular business hours are maintained, with working days from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' challenges and strengths, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each therapy approach is uniquely suited to the client's needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, assuring strict adherence to confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
