This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a work-life balance. Our typical schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to the needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and recognize the unique cultural experiences of each patient, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, all designed to address the specific needs of individual patients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional support, problem-solving, and resilience-building among patients.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to develop and coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, utilizing the principles of trauma-informed care to assist individuals in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, self-care strategies, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain clear, accurate, and secure documentation in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Actively participate in case conferences and professional development opportunities, including cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

• Stay updated on current research and continuously evolve your therapeutic approaches to align with the most effective practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, alongside a robust understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy services using culturally inclusive practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
