Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries.
• Provide hands-on therapy through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities aimed at reducing pain and improving mobility.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans based on individual needs and responses to therapy.
• Educate patients on the correct execution of exercises and assist them in understanding their rehabilitation goals.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain clear and organized patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
