Description: Medical Records Scanner (Temporary)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Scanner to assist a busy office team. In this temporary role, you will digitize sensitive patient records while ensuring strict compliance with healthcare privacy standards. This position is perfect for an organized professional skilled in high-volume data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare medical documents and patient charts for scanning.

* Operate scanning equipment to create high-quality digital files.

* Verify images for legibility, completeness, and proper indexing.

* Maintain the physical integrity of original patient records.

* Organize and re-file documents post-scanning.

* Communicate project status effectively with office staff.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Previous healthcare or administrative experience preferred.

* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Proficiency with high-speed scanners and computer systems.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
