Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still providing the opportunity to engage with patients via telemedicine. You'll work a standard 40-hour week, with a blend of telephonic consultations and in-person meetings as required by patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments, diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, and evaluate patients using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, employing evidence-based interventions and strategies that support their mental health objectives.

• Maintain timely and accurate records of treatment sessions, reports, and clinical information using advanced electronic health record systems in compliance with both regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with their goals, ensuring culturally appropriate strategies are incorporated.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care and effective management of client needs.

• Provide mentoring and educational support to students and interns in the field, sharing your knowledge and experience to cultivate future mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
