Associate Client Success Manager

• Support the day-to-day management and execution of retail media campaigns across assigned clients
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs
• Partner with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams on campaign launches, optimizations, and reporting
• Monitor campaign progress and performance, escalating risks or issues
• Assist with client communications, status updates, meeting preparation, and follow-up
• Maintain documentation of client priorities, campaign decisions, action items, and next steps
• Support media recommendations aligned with client objectives and campaign goals
• Assist with audience, channel, and activation recommendations using shopper, retail, and behavioral insights
• Support proposal development and RFP responses
• Research client categories, competitive activity, and retail media trends
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support client‑facing campaign reporting, Wrap decks, QBRs, and performance materials
• Analyze campaign results across ROAS, sales impact, attribution, and incrementality
• Translate campaign data into insights and recommendations for clients
• Build relationships with client contacts and agency partners
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to updates, reporting discussions, and planning conversations
• Respond to client questions and requests
• Identify potential upsell, cross‑sell, or expansion opportunities
• Support renewal and expansion conversations
• Coordinate across Client Success, Sales, Media Operations, Analytics, Creative Solutions, and Product and Platform teams
• Communicate timelines, dependencies, and potential risks
• Support effective team handoffs and contribute to process improvements

Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management, client services, marketing, or a related field Foundational understanding of digital advertising and/or retail media Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with data and performance metrics Ability to interpret information and communicate key takeaways clearly Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and media concepts Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience supporting retail media, shopper marketing, digital advertising, or CPG clients Familiarity with retail media ecosystems and platforms such as Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms Exposure to campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, attribution, sales lift, and incrementality Experience developing client-facing presentations or performance reports Experience working with brand, agency, retailer, or enterprise client teams Familiarity with programmatic, social, influencer, or omnichannel media Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future This position is not eligible for student visa sponsorship, including F-1 OPT or CPT Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing retail media campaigns, utilizing data analysis to drive insights and recommendations, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
