Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, focusing on clients' mental health and wellness.
• Facilitate discussions that enable clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, promoting self-awareness and insight.
• Advocate for clients by collaboratively defining therapeutic goals and crafting personalized treatment plans.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, employing solution-focused methodologies to implement effective strategies and interventions.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making abilities for treatment planning and recommendations are essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with an empathetic nature, are critical for effective client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a therapeutic setting that involves individual counseling is preferred.
