Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information, in alignment with regulatory standards.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment goals and progress, providing education on therapeutic exercises and home programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong knowledge of rehabilitative methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in an independent role while also effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, prior exposure to advanced therapeutic modalities, experience in case management, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are highly desirable attributes. Candidates should possess a clean record with no board actions or disciplinary histories affecting their professional licensure.
