Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring to build rapport and nurture positive therapeutic relationships while strictly adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, set upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and updates for each client.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional growth and clinical practice.

• Work in collaboration with other healthcare providers, integrating care to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent field is required.

• Possession of an unrestricted, active, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, RMS systems, and PIMSY.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort with conducting and completing intake assessments.
\n
