Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide client therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse array of mental health needs. Your expertise will enable you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal problems, using personalized approaches to foster growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. You should possess one of the following unencumbered licenses, which allows you to practice independently:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Marathon Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on the working hours you choose. Additional benefits include:
