Role Overview
Apply advanced Autodesk Fusion 360, CAM, and CNC domain expertise to evaluate and refine AI outputs for manufacturing and digital fabrication. You will provide high-quality, real-world feedback that shapes evaluation rubrics and helps next-generation AI systems learn how to assess manufacturing processes and workflows. No prior AI experience is required, your manufacturing knowledge is the core qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, with emphasis on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 workflows.
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content and recommendations related to manufacturing workflows and digital fabrication.
- Develop, validate, and refine detailed rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
- Apply subject matter expertise to training tasks that improve model reasoning and performance, with the aim of enhancing human productivity.
- Proven expertise in CAM, CNC machining, and digital manufacturing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360 and related manufacturing software platforms.
- Required skills listed include Autodesk Fusion, Fusion360, CAM, Computer-Aided Manufacturing, and CNC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on clarity and attention to detail.
- Experience developing or using process evaluation rubrics is highly valued.

- Complete an AI interview, approximately 30 minutes long.
- Applications are reviewed by a hiring manager following the interview.
Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. If selected, you should be prepared to begin your first tasks within 24, 48 hours of completing onboarding, depending on the project schedule.
