Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during virtual sessions, utilizing your skills to evaluate each client's emotional and psychological state.

• Provide compassionate teletherapy, delivering therapeutic support through a variety of modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, MFT, Art Therapy, or a related field.

• Possession of a valid state-issued license (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) to practice independently in Tennessee.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Proficiency in electronic clinical systems is essential, with experience in teletherapy platforms being an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as an added incentive.
