Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve a variety of key responsibilities:

As a therapist in our Hospice Center, you will be connecting with a diverse patient population, including individuals with chronic illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is mandatory; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated training or extensive experience in the field of mental health counseling.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices applied to various mental health conditions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in forming therapeutic alliances and motivating clients throughout their recovery journey.
