Marketing Manager

Job Description The Marketing Manager for M + V will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns, as well as all company social media. Job Responsibilities Digital Marketing Optimize placement, products/programs, and content to increase traffic and drive revenue Coordinates with property teams plus corporate revenue, F&B, and marketing teams to meet measurable goals. Plan and manage digital advertising and online promotional activities ensuring measurable goals are met. Performs keyword analysis, research and copywriting and manages text and images for our hotel websites and listings. Responsible for identifying website content and photography updates to keep content relevant and fresh. Prepares marketing & social media activity reports to track and measure social and digital initiatives. Monitor brand compliance for the company. Elevate the internal/external communications including production of materials such as web, video and social media strategies. Assist with reputation management initiatives by monitoring hotel(s) presence on, and placement of all reputation/review sites (TripAdvisor, Yelp, social media, Google, OTA's etc.). In addition, review all user reviews (positive and negative) and ensure property level teams are appropriately utilizing responses through appropriate channels. Develop comprehensive full-funnel integrated media strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and revenue performance. Design visual content from scratch for social media such as organic image posts, videos, reels, and more. Oversee the deployment of media strategies across all digital channels including META, SEM, Display, OTA's, and Affiliate channels, etc. Assist with graphic design tasks on an as needed basis to include content edits for menus, collateral, and advertisements using digital programs including Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. Social Media Execute a results-driven social media strategy for the hotel and restaurant accounts specifically with a focus on the Facebook and Instagram platforms. Curate and develop engaging content Maintain unified brand voice across different social media platforms. Collaborate with marketing and property teams to create a social media calendar. Monitor social media channels for industry trends. Identify incremental marketing opportunities in each market including partnerships with local businesses, CVBs, and Chamber relationships. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy. Assists in implementing marketing strategies that align with the hotel goals. Job Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets. Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required; master's degree preferred. At least three years of experience in a related field.
