Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Array Wellness Center PC, you will:

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients within educational settings, addressing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Assess client needs through evidence-based screening tools and develop integrated care plans that ensure access to essential resources.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs while ensuring therapeutic interventions are developmentally appropriate.
• Play an active role in crisis intervention, assisting clients during critical moments to provide emergency support and resources.
• Participate in interprofessional meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery, program effectiveness, and overall care quality.
• Monitor client progress through systematic evaluations and timely documentation of treatment outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to educate and support families on mental health topics.

Your principal clients will be students and their families within the school system, where mental health support is vital for academic success and emotional well-being. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• A valid LCSW license in Arizona is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, showing respect and understanding of various cultural traditions and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients, families, and team members.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment strategies for mental health concerns.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, we value candidates who bring unique experiences and a genuine passion for community-based mental health work. Previous experience working in educational settings is an asset, as it aligns with our goal of supporting students' mental health needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
