Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments and develop tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals and families.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans that focus on skill-building and long-term resilience for diverse populations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to ensure effective support, monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing dialogue with clients to foster a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a safe space for open communication.

• Develop crisis intervention plans and safety protocols for clients experiencing acute challenges, ensuring they have structured support systems in place.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target population includes diverse clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. We prioritize culturally competent care to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family, which requires a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and economic factors that may influence mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active and valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in the state of Virginia.
\n
• Demonstrable experience addressing complex client needs and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with platforms utilized for remote therapy.
\n
• Two or more years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
\n
• Background in family therapy or couple’s counseling.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
