Business Development Representative | Cybersecurity Austin, TX | Hybrid $100K - OTE + Equity Strive are partnered with a fast-growing cybersecurity company that is modernizing how businesses provide secure access to applications and infrastructure. Their Zero Trust platform is replacing traditional VPN-based access with a more secure, identity-first approach, helping engineering and security teams control access without adding unnecessary complexity. Following continued growth across the US, they’re now looking for a BDR to join their Austin team and work closely with Enterprise Account Executives across the region. The Role Own outbound prospecting into a defined target account list Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to break into strategic accounts Engage security, engineering, infrastructure and IT stakeholders Build pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn and personalized outreach Research accounts and identify relevant triggers, personas and use cases Develop a strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity and access security Qualify opportunities and create high-quality meetings for the sales team Join a growing GTM organization with the opportunity to progress into an AE role What They’re Looking For 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience within B2B SaaS Ideally experience selling cybersecurity, DevTools, cloud or infrastructure technology Strong outbound and pipeline-generation experience Comfortable prospecting into technical stakeholders Commercially driven with a clear desire to progress into closing sales Coachable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment Based in or around Austin, TX Why Join?
