Role Description
Buscamos a alguien que lleve adelante el proceso de pagos en las principales plataformas (JPM-SVB-STP) con alta carga operativa diaria en conjunto con Admin & Payments. Este rol implica comprender e internalizar los movimientos de efectivo, flujo de caja así como apoyar al equipo en procesos de conciliaciones bancarias.
¿Cómo es el día a día en Payments Operations?
- Ejecutar el flujo operativo:
- Liderar los procesos diarios de entrada y salida de efectivo (multiproducto y multidivisa), garantizando la excelencia en cada cutoff: carga de archivos, monitoreo de estados, alta de cuentas y control de comprobantes.
- Garantizar la integridad financiera:
- Liderar las conciliaciones semanales en coordinación con Administración y Contabilidad para optimizar los SLAs de cierre mensual y detectar desvíos de forma proactiva.
- Optimizar el ecosistema de pagos:
- Identificar deficiencias y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de pagos, FX y alta de cuentas; analizando su impacto y proponiendo soluciones disruptivas.
- Control de gestión:
- Colaborar con los responsables de pagos (internos y externos) para identificar y mitigar desviaciones respecto a los objetivos operativos.
- Sinergia interdepartamental:
- Trabajar proactivamente con los equipos de CX, Ops, CS y Collections para asegurar estándares de servicio de primer nivel en todos nuestros productos (Factoring, FX, etc.).
Qualifications
- ADN Analítico: Capacidad para procesar datos complejos y priorizar las necesidades del cliente bajo presión.
- Data Stack: Dominio intermedio de SQL y Excel (capaz de extraer y manipular datos de forma autónoma).
- Visión de Producto: Habilidad para detectar issues, documentarlos y transformarlos en casos de uso técnicos para el equipo de Producto/Eng.
- Atención al Detalle Extrema: En este rol, la precisión es nuestra prioridad número uno.
- Proactividad Disruptiva: Si ves algo que no funciona, lo cuestionas y lo arreglas.
