Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver support to clients from the comfort of your own space while ensuring a collaborative approach with your colleagues. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification and utilization management tasks, ensuring clients receive timely access to necessary services.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare strategy sessions to support clients' transitional needs and future treatment goals.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, promoting a healthy relationship with food as a vital part of holistic health and recovery.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care to all clients, considering their unique backgrounds and intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will place you in direct contact with clients at the detox center who are often navigating significant life changes and challenges related to substance use and mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LICSW licensure in Washington state is mandatory to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
