Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position, offering the convenience of telehealth from your own home. Our telehealth facility employs innovative technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that our counselors and clients can connect effectively. The flexible schedule allows you to manage your professional commitments while providing care to clients during designated hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Notably, there is no on-call work required, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual video therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns.

• Facilitating open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, thereby promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Acting as a strong advocate for clients, helping them identify and articulate personal goals related to their mental health journeys.

• Evaluating clients' mental health status and developing personalized treatment plans based on a solution-oriented framework, drawing from your clinical skills and experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, ensuring that they are stable and of low acuity. This role places an emphasis on providing assessment and treatment services aimed at enhancing clients' quality of life. Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid independent license, which can be one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient computer literacy skills, capable of navigating telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
