We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Pay $18 - $22 per hour Essential Job Functions Provides support to Membership staff with phone calls, general correspondence, handling walk-ins, and assembling membership packages Assists with members’ website reservations, questions, policies, concerns, or complaints in a timely, professional manner Takes photos and imprints them on membership cards as needed for applicable membership categories Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills Assists the Director with member event planning Assists the Director and Membership Marketing Coordinator with ongoing projects Must be available to work member events in the evenings, holidays, and some weekends Distributes incoming mail and packages to departments and employees Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in private club operations or equivalent preferred Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs.
