Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions during home visits.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate other therapies such as physical rehabilitation, dietary consultations, and lifestyle adjustments based on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily care for a diverse patient population, including elderly individuals, those with chronic illnesses, and patients recovering from surgery or injury. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license in New Jersey.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from an accredited program; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
