Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate the biopsychosocial needs of patients through thorough assessment strategies to inform individualized treatment planning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through a variety of modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.

• Engage as the primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, fostering a supportive environment for group discussions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, primary care physicians, and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless patient care and crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a performance-based bonus structure.
