Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serenity Minds Wellness Center, you will be responsible for:

• Holding a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while facilitating their therapeutic journeys.

• Conducting regular sessions to review clients' progress, ensuring stability, and making necessary adjustments to appointments and discharge plans as appropriate.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to support effective care delivery.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to better understand clients' history and current mental health status.
\n
• Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and intervention.
\n
• Participating in supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive professional guidance.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and specific software solutions like PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n
