Facility Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role In this role, you will support the daily coordination and execution of facility maintenance operations by helping manage workflows, vendor relationships, and departmental processes. You will play a key role in ensuring maintenance requests are routed efficiently, supplies and services are procured on time, and department activities remain organized and aligned with operational needs. You will work closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager and cross‑functional teams to coordinate projects, support audits, and maintain ISO-related processes. Your role will also involve onboarding support, training coordination, and maintaining accurate records and systems that keep the department running smoothly.
