Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while fostering a collaborative team culture. Regular office hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend work to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients by building rapport and establishing positive, professional working relationships.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and to plan future appointments, managing discharges as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gauge clients’ mental health needs and create appropriate intervention strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Adopt a growth mindset in all professional activities, continuously seeking to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. The role demands cultural competency and sensitivity to address the unique experiences of each client while fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) status is required.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy software.
