Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, establishing and nurturing professional rapport to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, reviewing their treatment plans, assessing stability, and preparing for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans rooted in client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine initial client needs and treatment options.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, facilitating transformative conversations that promote healing.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to discuss case management and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and cultural contexts, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your counseling approach. You will work with adults, children, and families coping with a range of mental health challenges and life transitions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is instrumental in advocating for the best interests of your clients while striving to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure in New Jersey is mandatory.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.
\n
• Proficient with computer software and systems, including Excel spreadsheets, electronic health record systems, and general office applications.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly individual and family therapy, is essential.
\n
• Comfortable and proficient in performing intake assessments to gather client history and formulate appropriate treatment options.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally responsive practices.

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and treatment methodologies.

• Prior experience with electronic health record documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring timely payment ahead of collections—no waiting for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
