Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, while still connecting deeply with clients via telehealth services. You will be part of a dynamic team that maximizes connectivity and collaboration through regular supervision, meetings, and shared practice goals.

The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client appointments. We believe in maintaining a balanced approach to work, ensuring that your professional obligations fit harmoniously with your personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and any adjustments needed in their treatment plan.

• Develop, implement, and track individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Document clinical notes and progress updates consistently and accurately in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Perform intake assessments, getting to know new clients and their mental health histories to inform treatment decisions.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly to provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to review clinical cases and enhance professional development.
\n
• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals of various ages, including adults, children, and families, who come to us seeking relief from a range of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in devising creative therapeutic approaches tailored specifically to the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient environment, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to enhance client management and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct psychotherapy experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Comfort with conducting comprehensive intake assessments as part of the client onboarding process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, minimizing financial stress.
