Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering trust and rapport while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular client sessions to monitor progress, discuss treatment phases, and collaborate on discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, engaging clients in identifying their goals and preferences.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring accurate progress notes and intake assessments.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision to discuss cases and enrich professional development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification that allows for independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in clinical outpatient settings.

• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this LPC position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This role also operates on a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates and prompt payment ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
