Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments that address each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative tasks in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to collaborate with other health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding coping strategies, mental health conditions, and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with diverse individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling services.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions and documentation, including telehealth capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with a diverse client population, as well as familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches, is highly desirable. Knowledge of specific evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will be advantageous in delivering effective treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
