Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Newman Roofing, a growing family-owned company serving homeowners since 1992. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience through scheduling support, customer communication, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and emails
Schedule estimates, inspections, and appointments
Coordinate calendars and communicate appointment details
Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries
Provide administrative support to sales and office teams
Maintain accurate customer records
Deliver professional, white-glove customer service throughout the customer lifecycle

Location: Sunbury, OH (100% Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: $24-$29/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
