Founding Account Executive

We’re looking for a driven, outbound‑first Account Executive to join our partner’s team and help build net‑new pipeline from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, collaborating with BDRs, and driving revenue growth through disciplined outbound execution. The Role Pipeline Generation: Own your pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, account research, and creative prospecting. BDR Collaboration: Partner with BDRs to refine messaging, target accounts, and ensure smooth handoffs. Mentorship: Coach BDRs on outbound best practices, objection handling, and value proposition. Performance: Maintain focus on outbound KPIs, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy. Stakeholder Management: Engage C‑suite executives, investors, and cross‑functional partners. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and leadership to refine ICP targeting and outbound sequences. Qualifications 3+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience in a full‑cycle closing role. Proven track record of exceeding targets in high‑growth environments. Strong communication skills with C‑level executives and technical decision‑makers. Expertise in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and multi‑channel sequencing.
